Mondays Outage

  • Dear players.

    Yesterday during server outage the COMX server got additional problem that players had possibility to create infinite amounts of crop and could use for their benefit.
    In order to keep the game fair, the decision has been made to rollback the COMX server to the closest state before the outage.
    We'll keep you posted about the situation in this thread. We're really sorry for the inconvenience.

    While preparing the rollback we encountered some unexpected difficulties due to yesterday outage, which makes it highly unlikely to use recent backup to recover the game.

    We're really sorry, but we'll need to weigh once again all the possibilities and once again have to ask for your patience. It might take some more time, but we'll try to find the solution as soon as possible.

    We'll keep your posted and would like to apologize for that mess.

    We would like to inform that by now our technical team seem to found a less intrusive way to correct the wrong and identify those who used that exploit and to make sure they will have no benefit from using that bug.

    We are deeply sorry for Monday's outage. We know that it has been a tough day for you and we want to apologize for the inconvenience.

    We want to make up for the unforeseen issue with a gift to all of you.

    Therefore we have activated 2 weeks of Plus Account on all the accounts of the servers which were involved in the outage.
