In the combat simulator, the brewery only shows for teutons, as far as I know it's possible to get brewery for other villages too, when you conquer them

In case you are still looking for a key, I believe they were sent via e-mail database about 30 mins ago or at least I received one.

Hello Everyone
There was an issue with the registration earlier but that should be fixed so if you have not tried to register please try again.
Lets also remember this is a "Test Server" so thing will break and Travian does need you to report any problems you may encounter.
Hope you all have a blast and throw lots of rocks.

isn't the brewery only available in the cap?

For whole account though. So as long as you have teutonic capital all your troops can enjoy beer.
