As you might know from the Legends on Tour 2019 Summit notes (https://blog.travian.com/2019/…rom-legends-on-tour-2019/), the Customer Service Team is restructuring the team and introducing a new role, the Rule Enforcement Team. The new Rule Enforcement Specialists will work on the following topics: multihunting, handling your reports, and sanctioning the accounts that breaks the rules.
The first steps to introduce this dedicated team will be done on the qualification servers for the Tournament 2019, in the effort to improve the rule enforcement on these highly competitive servers which gather many different communities.
The dedicated team will replace only the local multihunters on the qualification servers. You will still communicate with your local Customer Service Representatives and their respective teams via ticket. They will be in charge to explain the decisions taken by the Rule Enforcement team as well as handle insults and inappropriate content violations in your language.
There might be cases where your ticket is forwarded to the Rule Enforcement Team either for a case review or when it includes a player reports, in such cases you will get a notification from your Customer Service Representative.
As a further note, we significantly adjusted the punishments based on our discussion with the influencers during Legends On Tour 2019 Summit. The punishments will also be adjusted on the regular game worlds and they will all be the same, independently where you are playing. With these changes, we hope your game experience during the tournament does not get disturbed by unfair play.
