we will be switching the internal software for our support messaging system worldwide during the upcoming weeks. This switch is necessary because we want to provide you the best customer experience we can offer, and we can’t guarantee that with the outdated software we are currently using.
Starting on Monday, 8th July, at 13:00 GMT+1, all COM gameworls, including the TTQ Group International will be moved to the new support software. We expect the new system to be online after about 1 hour.
What does that mean for the players?
We need your help in cleaning up the ticket queue in the old system. To do so, please avoid sending us tickets from at least 24 hours in advance. Do not reopen any ticket.
If you haven’t received an answer by Tuesday, 9th July, 14:00 GMT +1, please write a new ticket explaining your issue in the new system and mention the old ticket as well. Also, please, provide your previous ticket number so that we could investigate the issue.

IMPORTANT: The new Help Center is a new portal. When using it, you will be redirected in a new tab to this page where you can write us a ticket. Your tickets and replies will only appear in the Help Center (they will no longer be visible in game). You will get email and in-game notifications that you have received a reply from us.
