Brewery celebration bonus

I have Brewery level 15 and i clicked in the celebration.

The celebration will remain for 72h

My attack hits in 60h

I'm upgrading the Brewery to level 20 in less than 60h.

When my attack hits, will it have the bonus +15% or +20% since the Brewery will be level 20 when i hit the target?

I hope somebody answers this soon because upgrading a Brewery level 15 to level 20 will cost me 2.4kk resources! its as expensive as upgrading a Treasury 15 to 20.

And that's a lot for a player that is still running great barracks\stable 24h on without farming!
