Travian: Legends is looking for English Customer Service Representative

  • We are currently looking for a new Travian: Legends English Customer Service Representative.


    As Customer Service Representative:

    • You provide customer support to our players in English, helping them solve their issues and answer the questions about the game on daily basis

    • You work together within a team of Customer Service Representatives. You cooperate, communicate and share the workload with them.

    • You provide regular feedback to your Team Lead


    Requirements:

    • Extensive knowledge of Travian: Legends, including all game mechanics and recent updates and changes to the game.

    • Being a long time player and fan of the game

    • Knowledge of the Game Rules and having a history of following them

    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. An additional language is a plus.

    • Customer service mentality and willingness to help our players

    • Ability to organize your own work schedule
