Hmmm, are folk on com4 not a talkative bunch? First day out of BP for folk and only a couple people even bothered to send me messages back 
At least we have a bunch of alliances though, even if a few already teamed together XD

if you want to post in the international (.com) part, go to your settings:https://wbb.forum.travian.com/wcf/index.php?settings/
and check the box with English (COM) and save the settings.As for teams on the server - a lot of the usual .com players and teams are occupied on com1 and com2, so the turnout is probably not that good for this one, unless some national teams decided to give .com a go.
