  • the BOOKS against the supposed door! Impossible to be there!! If the thief scaped through that door, the books should be spread far from the door... If he opened the door from inside, if u know what I mean.;)

The Book of Wisdom was not stolen by some other thief, it was hidden or stolen by the Librarian.

this can be seen from the picture, showing Books Behind the properly closed door. There is no shelf that was fallen to have cause books to fall, so someone (the =O Librarian) must be the one to have poured books on the floor to create a scene of a struggle.

  • there are books right in front of the door. the door opens to the inside so the thief left and after that the librarian put the books there.

  • If the thief ran through the door the librarian pointed at, the books infront of the door would not be right infront of the door, unless they're glued to the door.

  • It is not possible that the thief escaped through the door because the books on the floor are against the door which is inconsistent with the door closing (they should be ousdie the arc decribed by the open door closing. Since the door has not been opened and closed the librarian is obviously lying.

  • The door in question opens inwards yet there are a pile of books strewn across the floor in front of it.

Nobody could have exited the door after the alleged altercation occurred else the doorway would have been clear.

There are books on the floor close to the door. The door opens inside not outside, so in order open the door and leave the room, the books that sit on the floor should be wiped out to the hinge side of the door.

They suspected the librarian because in order for the robber to escape he had to pull the door open and go out. If he pulled the door open to get out, the books on the floor would have been moved to the side. Since the books are blocking the door, it was impossible that the door would have been pulled open. That means the books on the floor was made by someone who was still inside, which was the librarian. From the handle and the hinges attached to the wall, it looks like the door is designed to be pulled open from the inside.

  • I would guess that simply, the "mess" of books and such is right in front of the door, making it impossible for anyone to open it and run without taking them out of the way. So either the thief didn't go that way, or did but had someone recreate the "mess" after he left. Even if he opened it as slightly as possible, the books would not have stayed in that place.
