Travian Games is looking for a Turkish Community Manager & Customer Service Representative!

    We are currently looking for a new Community Manager & Customer Service Representative to join our team.


    Open positions:

    • Travian: Legends Turkish Community Manager
      (remote working – contract for 68 hours/month)
    • Travian: Legends Turkish Customer Service Representative
      (remote working – paid in function of the amount of tickets done during the month)
    • Travian Kingdoms Turkish Community Manager & Customer Service Representative
      (remote working – contract for 25 hours/month + paid in function of the amount of tickets done during the month)


    As Community Manager, you will:

    • Initiate and implement communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
    • Keep the community informed about all changes in the game and other important announcements
    • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
    • Monitor, moderate, and report on forum feedback from our players
    • Organize events to build the community and boost brand awareness
    • Engage the community in meaningful conversation
    • Build relationships with influencers
    • Hire, train, and oversee a team of volunteer moderators
    • Provide regular feedback to the Team Lead


    As Customer Service Representative:

    • You are our direct link between our players and the game teams
    • You help our players with questions, inquiries and issues regarding account, products and billing via written communication
    • You build sustainable and positive relationships of trust with our players
    • You forward possible bug entries and technical issues to 2nd level support
    • You resolve suspension-based issues
    • You work alongside internal guidelines
    • You take care of the knowledgebase/Answers with helpful information for the players
    • You provide regular feedback to your Team Lead and will also get regular feedback, coaching & help


    Requirements:

    • You have good knowledge about Travian: Legends and/or Travian Kingdoms
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Customer-oriented mindset
    • Must be a team player
    • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. attendance at events)
    • Good verbal communication skills in English
    • Excellent writing skills in Turkish and English
    • Multi-tasking abilities and ideally previous experience in moderating an online community
