I think I found them:
the chair is missing a leg,
the handle is on the wrong side of the door (or the hinges)
and his hand is missing a finger
also the balcony looks like it needs another pillar but the other ones seem more obvious.

1; The door: the the hinges, and the door ring are in same side of the door
2; The chair: it has three legs, the fourth is lost
3: The lights of the windows: the light of the central window (over the door) is closer to the than other ligths

Mistake 1: Door handle on side of door with hinges. The opening side of the door would be opposite the hinges
Mistake 2: There is a leg missing from the craftsman's chair
Mistake 3: (not sure about this one) The craftsman only has 3 fingers and a thumb on his right hand

1: A leg of the chair is missing.

1) The book in the bottom left corner has pages standing upwards in an unnatural position, as if someone is browsing through it, but no one is holding the pages.
2) The chair on which our bearded feller is sitting has only 3 legs (front right is missing).
3) A bottle on the desk, just right and in front of the scales is elevated, yet is not on top of anything. It appears to be flying. -
