  • Hello everybody, this is the Peace & Alliance cake. It’s gluten free, lactose free, making it suitable for every alimentary disease... and its nice flavour brings together every tribe.

    200g gluten-free flour

    160g brown sugar

    50g dark cocoa powder

    8g baking powder

    250ml almond milk

    100g dried coconut flakes

    30g crumbled almonds

    30g grated dark chocolate

    1 apple

Cut the apple in small pieces and mix it with the crumbled almonds, the dark chocolate, and one spoon of dried coconut.

In a big bowl mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, almond milk and baking powder adding more milk if the dough is not liquid enough.

Then add the fruit mix you prepared before and mix everything well.

Prepare a baking tin and put dried coconut at the bottom. Pour the dough in the tin and spread it. Add more dried coconut at the top and leave the Travian “T” using a plastic stencil.

Bake it in the oven at 180 degrees and ENJOY!!

(for allergies, or personal taste, you can use different types of milk, different kind of fruits or even avoid using nuts).

  • Hello everybody and have a happy new year!!!

I hope that you will enjoy my Blueberry Cupcakes and that you will give them a try.

First of all, the ingredients you will need are the following:

1/2 cup of butter (preferably on room temp)

    1 1/4 cups of sugar

    2 eggs (room temp also)

    1/2 cup milk

    2 cups all purpose flour

    1 tablespoon baking powder

    1/2 tbs salt

i also added some vanilla extract for extra flavour

and of course a handful of blueberries

Preheat the oven at 175 C.

First whisk the butter and sugar and then add the eggs until smooth and "bubbly".

Then add the milk, whisk some more and add the flour with the baking powder, the vanilla extract and the salt.

Whisk cautiously so it remains fluffy.

Then cut some blueberries and add them in the bowl. Stir the mixture.

Pour the mix on the small muffin cups, approximately 2/3.

Let in the oven for 20 minutes.

For decoration, i kept some cut blueberries and added them on top.

Feel free to add some lemon glaze on top.

Simply mix 2 cups of powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a cup. Check for the consistency you prefer and add more tbs water.

Then with a teaspoon add the glaze on top of the cupcakes and wait for the frosting to get solid.

Thank you very much and i hope that you try them one day!
