Dear Community,
We are currently looking for a new Community Manager and Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Open position:
- Community Manager & Customer Service Representative for the Romanian market
(remote working – contract for 29 hours/month + paid in the function of the number of tickets done during the month)
As Community Manager:
- You set and implement communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- You keep the community informed about all changes in the game and other important announcements
- You respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- You monitor, moderate, and report on forum feedback from our players
- You organize events to build the community and boost brand awareness
- You engage the community in meaningful conversation
- You build relationships with influencers
- You hire, train and oversee a team of volunteer moderators
- You provide regular feedback to the Team Lead
- You are our direct link between the players and the game teams
As Customer Service Representative:
- You help our players with questions, inquiries, and issues regarding their accounts, products, and billing via written communication
- You build sustainable and positive relationships of trust with our players
- You forward possible bug entries and technical issues to 2nd level support
- You resolve suspension-based issues
- You work alongside internal guidelines
- You take care of the knowledgebase with helpful information for the players
- You provide regular feedback to your Team Lead
Requirements:
- You have good knowledge about Travian: Legends
- You are enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service and community management
- You have the ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
- You are a team player with a high level of independence, self-organization, and collaborative personality
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian & English
- You have a passion for gaming
- You pay attention to detail and strive for accuracy
- You are able to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. attendance at events)
- You are able to multi-task.
- Previous experience in moderating an online community is a plus
