Can I know why this 24hrs kick rule exists in alliances? It's just annoying imo .. What wrong with instant kick?

Chiefing Natars is fine, I have no problem with it. However when there are so many enemies nearby, and people still opt to chief from Natars. It's a little problematic.
On a recent speed server I played, our account chiefed something like 15 or so village entirely from an enemy alliance. Almost everyone else in the alliance seemed perfectly happy to just chief Natars and inactive accounts, hampering raiding potential and not bothering to help weaken the enemy.
It's mostly because people are lazy and scared. They think that if they attack the enemy then it would paint a target on their backs and they wont be able to sim peacefully. Plus it takes a little work to chief from the enemy, gotta watch out for snipes, re cheifings, walls and so on ...

In path to pandora where you can chief and retain the tribe of your enemy so no one is going to be just Gauls .... Gauls can have roman villages or Hun villages ... So how can you distinguish which village is which tribe? You have to manually go check in the map or click on the village. Instead you add the tribe logo right next to the village in the profile so that players can plan on the military strength of the people in question ..
EDIT: It seems like this feature already exists. I apologize for my ignorance.

I think there should be a distinction in one's profile about which tribe the village belongs to. Right now its just village names and coords and regions. If we could have a tribe indication, it would make everyone's life a little easier.

Still think it was a mistake to make this a 1x. 3x is overkill too.
2x would have been right in the sweet spot.

Question regarding the Town Hall: weren't small celebrations meant to produce as many culture points as the village itself is producing (max. 500)?
At my village, the small celebrations seems to grant as many CP as both my villages are producing. Indication error?
Goddamn it Lag ... Here I was getting the max value for my parties and you go ruin it.

Oh I hear ya ... I have crannies too.
Since most of the members in my alliance have not or don't play on COM, they aren't used to all this early game raiding and this much population. They never built crannies because no one would usually attack them in less populated servers like Uk or Us ... I think they finally understood the value of crannies here lol.

Alright ... Im officially pissed. Every single one has crannies up the wazoo. Let me raid with my ashes!!!
-
Still no answer from the support btw.
In the meantime, I've send some reinforcements which messed up the script. After I dropped some lines to make fun of it, I got reported for harassment.
I love Travian.
LMAO

But even on the beta there must be a MH right? And I'm pretty sure this has been reported to the MH. And if action is still not taken, makes you wonder what they're doing.

They are playing/testing, not hunting.
They are MultiHunters .. They are supposed to hunt. It's literally the definition of the job.

As someone who's been a leader a few times, PD should not exist. Any deff you or your friend has is for the benefit of the alliance. So, if you want a PD, you better be prepared for your PD to get hit from friendlies. Because, in a world full of inactive farms, an active one is a thousand times better.
-
No it is not possible .. There needs to be some affiliation from reins and resource trade to occur.
-
Wish he scouted though .. I have quite a few crannies
-
@gamaliel Stop attacking me .. We're neighbours we should learn to co-exist.

Thank you for making the deadline till October. I have a few projects I have to deal with in the next week or so, so I am quite busy. Now I will have time
