It’s not exactly in the Travian tutorial that’s why I’m keen to learn more about how these tactics are used by these great alliances.
Seriously though, can someone please write the update on early settling guides? Old ones don't work anymore. This is next level. All the newbies will be very greatful.

perhaps we as the Travian community can also do more to school the newbies on how to make support accounts and properly back up their main accnt so they too can also make multiple hammers or a mega 1+ mill off/def accnt..

Well that’s your opinion of course, imo there are still alliances out there that prefer to play clean of such techs, multis ect..
Oh, I'm sure there are those that prefer, but TG made teching legal so everyone can choose their preferred style. Like some prefer to turtle their way to victory, some don't even care about the endgame and just go kamikaze into the server... so many options. Why focus on techs? I'd say we could speak about players that don't use techs, but a whole alliance that is 100% tech free... it would be hard to find on modern travian servers.

I can't confirm or deny anything. Since I couldn't care less about tech talks. Travian has changed. Find me an alliance that doesn't use them nowadays.
