It’s resolved after contacting Travian support
They told me it’s a known bug and can be resolved after an update.
Update was done by the support representative.

Yes it is probably a bug, but you can put your ointments in the consumable slot, just put all of them. It should completed the quest.

Hi Guys! I finished the heal hero task by using ointment(used 3-4 times) but the task still show not completed. Just today again used 10 ointment as specified in the task. But still no update. Can you guys help to check this bug issue
