sell some of the things your hero gets and u dont need to use in early game for huge amounts of silver
also try attacking oasises with weak animals like rats - boars - spiders for xp in early game
you can always revive your hero with little amounts of time and resources in early game

try to have a balance of resources production and Fighting strength for hero because each is equally important in early days
