    • #4 In Travian: Fire and Sand, your alliance generates victory points if it controls more than 50% of a territory (and the "Securing" countdown has ended.) Those points determine the winner of a round. There's no similar system for Travian: Legends.

    • #5 Travian: Legends gives you absolute freedom when settling. Travian: Fire and Sand comes with some restrictions: You can only settle adjacent regions with more than 10k inhabitants. However, there are a few regions you can always settle: the central starting regions.

    • #6 The endgame of Travian: Legends is all about building the Wonder of the World. In Travian: Fire and Sand, there's no world wonders and the winning alliance is determined by the number of victory points. But there still will be artefacts!

    • #8 In Travian: Legends, you can conquer artifacts by attacking (not raiding!) and destroying the Treasury of the village that holds the artifact. Don't forget to bring your hero though as they're the only one capable of completing such a feat. Also keep in mind that you will need a level 10 Treasury for small artifacts, and a level 20 Treasury for large or unique artifacts.

      Travian: Fire and Sand takes a different approach: Once your alliance has secured a region, it gains access to the ancient power contained within. The power can be activated in any village with a Treasury big enough.

    • #9 In Travian: Legends, the artifact is activated automatically. In Travian: Fire and Sand, it becomes active for 24 hours or until you lose control over a region. Once the 24 hours have passed, you will need to reactivate the artifact manually.

    • #10 While the artifacts activate automatically in Travian: Legends, ancient powers have to be enabled manually in Travian: Fire and Sand. Each alliance member can activate the power once.

      In Travian: Legends, there are artifacts with a village scope (meaning it affects only the village holding the artifact), or an account scope (meaning it affects the entire account).

      For Travian: Fire and Sand, ancient powers with a village scope can be activated in any village of the account that belongs to the person who activated the power. The 24h activation for the first village is free but you can spend some Gold to help your other villages gain the power.

      If you have an account scope power in Travian: Fire And Sand, Ancient Powers can be activated in any village and the whole account benefits from it.

    • #12 There's a limit for artifacts / ancient powers in Travian: Legends and Travian: Fire And Sand:

      You can capture up to 3 artifacts, one of which can be unique or account-wide. You can exceed this amount by conquering a village holding an artifact.

      In Travian: Fire And Sand, you can activate one scope account power per account and one scope village power per village. However, one village can never hold more than one artifact, regardless of being account scope or village scope.

    • #13 Travian: Fire and Sand allows you to merge your own troops (apart from settlers, rams, catapults and chieftains) from different villages into a single army. Travian: Legends does not have such a feature.

    • #14 Could you use some extra defense for your regions? Travian: Fire and Sand has got you covered and allows you to forward troops to members of your alliance, where they can manage your troops on their own, making your defense much more agile and efficient. This feature does not exist in Travian: Legends.

    • #15 The trade routes work a bit differently for each version. In Travian Legends, you can set up trade routes between your own villages as well as the WW and artifact village (provided it belongs to your alliance / confederation). In Travian: Fire and Sand, trade routes are limited to your own villages.

    • #18 The goal of Travian: Legends is to upgrade the Wonder of the World to level 100. Once this has been achieved, the round ends. In Travian: Fire and Sand, there's a fixed server length and the alliance that has accumulated the most victory points over the course of the round is crowned the winner.

      Instead of 10.000 population, you will only need 4.000 population to unlock a region.
