      Well, you're right of course and I am sorry that COMx has suffered a lot recently. From my side I can promise that I'll do my best so that finally you do receive a good game-experience.

      You draconicly punished the guys who 'abused' the last bugs after all. Does this mean there will always only be consequences if the users can benefit from a bug but never if they suffer from it?
      Just restoring starved troops and ignore the other side effects as usual.

      Lowest performance in terms of problem solving and customer support i have seen in an online game so far.

      Of course the issues are annoying...But the lack of communication is where it all went wrong imo.

      Then the artifacts wasn't released on time, (not like the players on the server already warned you about it or anything like that prior to the issue)
      Instead of postponing the artifact release so everyone would have a fair chance, they were spawned in manually 3 hours and 40 min late. But the person who spawned them in, don't know how to post on forum or ingame, using the info box? We don't care if the message is in german or a google translated message to English in scenarios like that. (Most of the announcements seems to be google translate already)

      Surprise! The server maintenance that happened earlier was actually announced! Improvements already!

      Too bad that it was once again causing issues 40 min after it was supposed to be done?...


      IN CASE YOU ARENT AWARE, THE BUG THAT HAPPENED WHEN ALL SERVERS WENT DOWN, THAT GAVE US INFINITE RESSOURCES HAPPENED ON ALL DOMAINS, NOT JUST COMX

      How come you didn't hand out bans on other domains? Instead you tried to hide the fact that it was possible to abuse the bug on other domains.

      Seriously?! I think it's a little late to receive a good game experience. The server was ruined a long time ago.

      Will answer some important topics raised here.

      1) 30.10 downtime was an unexpected one, and yet, it's been announced through all the channels we had online - Forum, Facebook - 20 min top after it started. The updates were also given on time - as soon as we had something to inform about, actually. So, here I see a bit of exxageration.

      2) If you know the players who abused bug and didn't get the punishment, please, forward their names to Multihunter, they'll take care of them. We have a rule not to discuss ingame bans and punishments on forum, and there is a reason for that. Yes, recent backup had been damaged by outage and exactly because of that the decision had been made to change the plan.

      3) I completely agree that was not the right thing to announce and then don't do rollback, and I am sorry for that. I have to tell you, though, that for the past 10 years, that I've been working for Travian Games it's the first case in my practice when we had to cancel planned rollback. I do hope it'll be unique case.

      4) All domains have been checked for this bug as well. Measures have been taken where necessary.

      And yeah, sorry for my English. You're actually right - I am not a native speaker (never pretended to be one). But I still hope we can understand each other.

      1) Looking into it again I might have exaggarated a bit on the time it took for you to announce that all the servers were having issues.

      2) I have reported people to the MH, even my own account lol...None of the accounts have been punished.
      Seeing it as backups were damaged, have your specialists done something to prevent it from happening next time the servers are experiencing issues?

      3) Fair enough...Any words on why the gift (compensation) was 14 days of plus instead of something else?

      4) Okay.

      I personally think that your English is great, but looking through some of the same announcement on different domains, they are completely different, and can in some cases be misleading.

      Any comments on the delayed artifacts? ^^

      for me... keep up good work travian team... i understand how much u guys want all smooth server but sometimes things just happen...

      I've played on all the English speaking servers many many times along with a few others I never understood a single IGM sent to me.
    • They just can't handle large population servers, IMHO. TS19 was slow and jamming at the start when it had high numbers (of bots). Comx being most populated server in years is suffering most. Now finals. The equipment/soft just can't keep up with it. Not sure what is happening on high pop arabs and turkish servers (also bots mostly), maybe it is solved somehow there or players simply accepted it.

      They were able to handle servers with 30k players 10 years ago, so why shouldnt they be able to handle 5k players in 2017?
