    • Rasputin's Guide for efficiently building a village

Travian Village task. Achieve 50+ villages.

Let me preface this by saying that this is for speed servers only. It is highly impractical for a slow server. So please read accordingly. :)

Once a new village has been settled. (Only settled). Plus, this is for a support village. If you plan on building a hammer village , then this is not for you.

      1. Upgrade MB to lvl 3
      2. Get warehouse and granary to lvl 1
      3. Get MP to lvl 1
      4. Get all fields to lvl 3
      5. Get MB to lvl 5.
      6. Get warehouse and granary to lvl 6
      7. Get all fields to lvl 5
      8. Get MB to lvl 10
      9. Get barracks , academy
      10. Get warehouse and granary to lvl 12
      11. Get academy to lvl 10
      12. Get town hall to 1 (start parties)
      13. Get all fields to lvl 8
      14. Get warehouse and granary to lvl 16
      15. Get MB lvl 15
      16. Get all fields to lvl 10
      17. Get warehouse and granary to lvl 20
      18. Get MB 20
      19. Get all bonus building maxed out
      20. Get town hall to lvl 20
      21. Get MP to lvl 20.
      22. Get Smithy, workshop and stable
      23. Get stable to lvl 20
      24. Get Trade Office to lvl 20
      25. Remove smithy and academy(after all necessary upgrades and researches) and stable and barracks
      26. Add more warehouse and granaries. Or put CP producing buildings like treasury and embassy.

You can build the residence or palace whenever you want. I usually wait till step 17 or 18. But you can do that as according to your convenience.

But, if you need to build troops then follow the same exact steps but don't remove stable and barracks. Workshop gives a surprising amount of CP so it's always a good addition. Hero's Mansion does not give much CP but having 3 oasis is really beneficial so plan accordingly when you settle. Your aim is to get the maximum amount of value for every village settled or chiefed.

So, when you finish following my guide you will have:

2x Warehouse and Granany each amounting up to 160k capacity each.
      1x Main Building lvl 20
      1x Marketplace lvl 20
      1x Barracks lvl 20
      1x Stable lvl 20
      1x Academy lvl 20
      1x Workshop lvl 20
      1x Smithy lvl 20
      1x Town Hall lvl 20
      1x Trade Office lvl 20
      5x Bonus buildings lvl 5
      1x Rally point lvl 20
      1x Embassy lvl 20
      1x Treasury lvl 20*

*You don't have to build a Treasury lvl 20 in every village as that is a hard feat that few accomplish with gold and stellar activity. But Treasury gives you by far the most CP out of all the building in the game. It gives 230 CP at lvl 20 followed by the Town Hall that gives you 192 CP at lvl 20. I'm not saying you should but if you can, you should.

1312 CP without treasury lvl 20

      1349 with treasury lvl 10

1542 CP with treasury lvl 20

You follow this guide and you diligently party every day, you will be able to reach or cross the 40 or 50 village mark. Another advice I give to my alliance is that even if you are a defender, that is not an excuse to not raid. Raiding is highly beneficial and it will compound once you do it regularly. I usually raid with 3 villages and cover all 4 quadrants. If I can, then you can.

Hope you find this beneficial. If there is any mistakes or questions you would like to ask, please reply over here and I'll answer them.

      Good day and Good bye.

      Eric Rasputin
Yes, I've built my fair share of WWs. Won a few, lost a few. Played far too many rounds for far too long. Made a lot friends and enemies.

Yes, I've played as an anvil and as a hammer. I'm only playing now because of all the friendship I have built over the past ten years. I love Travian but I love the community even more.

Envy me for I have everything, Fear me for I have nothing to lose.

These two alone cost 4,225,525 resources which would take a standard supply village 3 weeks to produce
Support villages are useful not because of its quality but because of its quantity. Plus I did mention raiding would be the best way to realize this guide. People think its a lot work but I have done this several times. Yes, I did not have a TC 20 in every village but I got it as high as I could. Having a Town Hall level 20 is highly beneficial. In a 3x server a large party is for 14hrs ish. Imagine the amount of CP you can generate.

Which is why I specifically stated that you don't have to build a TC 20 but if you can, then do it.

Well sure yeah, I left the TC out. That would be 7.5m res.

How do you have res left for troops when you're doing that in every village?

Raiding or not 4+m res in every supply is costly as ****!

Quantity just means you need to spend 4m res more often
You support those vills with your cap. Anyone who uses gold will never have a cap hammer. Cap 15c is in its essence a support vill.

    • For once i acually agree with Notorious what the hell is this lol, this might be good if your only goal is to finsih #1 pop

But even then it's just a waste of res to build treasury 20 everywhere lol.

The goal was to build as many villages as possible focusing on CP rather than pop. Plus, I think I mentioned two versions where you can keep em if you want to build troops or just demolish them if you just want a dedicated support vill.

Whats the point of building 40+ villages if you don't have any res to acually do anything with them?

I do not know how to answer that but it has worked for me. And I'm not saying to follow this guide with a deadline. You can relax a little. It all depends upon your goal of the server. The biggest hammer? The biggest anvil? The most vills? The most attack points? The most oasis? Everyone's play styles differ.

I have no idea what a Anvil is but the only goal you can possible achive with this guide is most villages/oasis maybe if you have used this guide on any server i would love to see your troops from that one.

    • I like it because any plan is better than no plan in my opinion and CP is the area covered by initial quest very little, I doubt new players even understand what it is, leave alone work to increase CP production, so pointing in this direction is great.

However, the cost of such set up is simply unbearable for not heavy raiding account. Large party in TH20 alone will eat near half of resources produced by a support village without an oasis. You need not just build but also feed your troops and at some point all crop and more will be used (hopefully) to feed troops so by running large parties you get such village producing CP only and barely anything for future build and training.

HM20 for 3 oases to every village is hardly worth it too.

You may call it efficient building
But it's an inefficient account in the end.
Yeah I agree, in defence I build to efficiently pump out troops and send them where they're needed quickly or if an attacker a support villa that can ship resources & party.

The above this pattern just builds a shiny large pop village. Furthermore it doen't cover the need for some specialist villages.

Probably no need for half that development and also to do all that takes you half a server.

I'm hoping Rr Ra Rasputin is in another alliance.
